Do you offer pick-up from my hotel?

We provide a free transfer service from most hotels in the Plangka, Lipanoi, Nathon, Lamai, Bang Po, Maenam, Bophut, Bang Rak, and Chong Mon areas. Please check your hotel location at booking.

What happens if it rains?

Our tour operates in all weather conditions! The experience will continue even in heavy rain, as the elephants often enjoy it more. There are no cancellations or refunds due to weather.

Is this experience suitable for young children and infants?

Yes! This is a family-friendly activity. Infants (0-3) are free. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the visit.
