✅ Please arrive 45–60 minutes before departure for check-in at ICONSIAM Pier 4.
✅ We highly recommend booking at least 1 week in advance for weekend or public holiday cruises to secure preferred seating zones.
✅ The cruise departs strictly on time. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Please account for Bangkok’s unpredictable traffic.
✅ Prohibited items: Outside food, pets, sharp objects, and weapons.
✅ Strollers are allowed, but no high chairs are provided onboard.
✅ Free-flow beer is included only with the Sunset Cruise (valid until December 2025).
✅ Wheelchair users must notify in advance. Note that accessibility onboard is limited.
✅ A corkage fee of 500 THB applies if bringing your own alcoholic beverages.
✅ Free parking is available at ICONSIAM for 4 hours (bring your cruise ticket to have the parking card stamped onboard).
