CONDITION OF USE
Definitions
Customer is the body who has booked and paid for the tour via YEPEE TOUR.
Tour Agent is YEPEE TOUR who is the intermediary between the customer and the tour operator. The tour agent has a moral responsibility towards the customer.
Tour Operator is the body who handles the tour and who is organizing and operating the tour and hotel transfer. The tour operator has legal responsibility towards the customer.
To use the space booking, you must be over 18 years, be legally able to enter and use this site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are financially responsible for the use of the site on your behalf and on behalf of third parties, including minors, except in case of fraudulent use resulting from any fault or negligence on your part.
You also warrant the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by you or any third party using your data on this Site.
AWARD AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
The booking procedure shall include at least the following steps:
- Follow the instructions and provide the maximum details.
- Indicate the provision(s) of your choice.
- The request is validly registered.
- YEPEE TOUR transmits to you as soon as possible and at any event within 24 hours of your request by email, confirming the availability of your reservation and/or the corresponding quotation.
- After payment, your reservation is not definitively valid until e-mail confirmation, which serves as your e-ticket.
You are guaranteed that the affected bank account for payment of the benefit is debited only after acceptance of your order(s) Partner(s) after checking the availability of the Service.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide during your booking are correct, and that you will receive confirmation of your reservation and/or benefit from the products or services ordered.

Once payment is made online via E-commerce, the booking is confirmed.
Regarding Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation and date changes are available more than 48 hours before the departure date (excluding the second day).
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.
- In case of force majeure such as weather conditions or maintenance issues, we will contact you in advance to arrange a refund or reschedule.
- No refunds will be issued after the trip has started. If there is any dispute regarding the itinerary, please contact our online support team.
- The above terms do not apply to private charter bookings. Cancellation policies for private charters are subject to the terms agreed upon and signed by both parties in the contract.
- If a customer cancels their reservation 48 hours before travel, they will receive a full refund, but Strip will still deduct a payment channel fee of approximately 5%, this fee will be deducted from the customer’s total payment amount.
- Refunds are limited to the original method of return. YEPEE TOUR will not provide you with a refund through any method other than the channel you paid for.
CONDITION OF THE EXCURSION
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator reserves the right to change the ride or cancel benefits in case of bad weather. Only the captain is entitled to assess sailing conditions and may cancel maritime service.
If canceled because of YEPEE TOUR or tour operator, passengers can be reimbursed, or the tour is postponed to another date with your agreement.
Swimming is allowed during stopovers at your own responsibility. In any case, loaned swimming equipment cannot be equated with supervised nautical activity.
Passengers undertake in any case to submit to the Rules on the boat, prepared by YEPEE TOUR or tour operator, and to follow the orders of the captain and his agents. Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
No reimbursement will be required in case of passenger delay.
ELECTRONIC TICKET
The electronic ticket is a non-physical ticket. For all bookings, you must bring the booking reservation document, “the mail confirmation,” which serves as the e-ticket.
TITLE OF TRANSPORT AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTUAL TERMS
Purchase of an online booking on the website of YEPEE TOUR is a contract that constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and transport by all participants of water sports offered by YEPEE TOUR on whose behalf the booking has been made.
The electronic ticket, which corresponds to the confirmation online (or by e-mail) of your reservation by YEPEE TOUR, is personal and non-transferable. It must be kept by the customer who made the reservation online for one or more people.
It is governed by the contractual provisions between the parties and the mandatory statutory and regulatory provisions of the Transport Code and the implementing regulations of Law No. 66-420 of 18 June 1966, including Decree No. 66-1078 of 31 December 1966 on charter contracts and maritime transport.
STATE OF HEALTH OF PASSENGERS
Passengers must notify YEPEE TOUR or tour operator of any contraindication or incapacity that would interfere with the provision of the services it offers (Water Activities: Maritime excursion, nautical and water sports, swimming, diving, and snorkeling, etc.).
Passengers embark on their own responsibility and will not hold YEPEE TOUR or tour operator responsible for the occurrence of an injury related to their health status (disability, illness, etc.), either on board or during boarding operations or landing, or during water or water activities.
Passengers requiring, in view of their health, special assistance during the tour or water-related activities (the disabled, visually impaired, etc.) are invited to notify the aircrew at YEPEE TOUR booking. YEPEE TOUR or tour operator will give you an answer back if it’s possible or not depending on the security to board and during the sailing.
Pregnant Women
Pregnant women between the second and sixth months of pregnancy may travel on their own responsibility, provided they provide YEPEE TOUR with a doctor’s certificate stating that the travel is not unsuitable.
However, if any injury occurs, the client cannot hold YEPEE TOUR or the tour operator responsible for any reason.
YEPEE TOUR is not responsible for injuries or other accidents caused by pregnancy. Pregnant women are prohibited from boating and water sports (water skiing, towing buoys, jet skiing, etc.).
MINORS
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator does not transport unaccompanied minors. They embark and participate in trips, as well as water-related activities under the exclusive responsibility of an adult.
CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS
While browsing, passengers must remain seated. They must comply during boarding and disembarkation, and on board, with the settlement of the ship, including the one established by YEPEE TOUR or tour operator, and in general, follow the recommendations or instructions of the captain or partners.
Passengers will be liable for damages of any nature whatsoever, that they could cause to themselves or to other passengers, third parties, or to people or property belonging to YEPEE TOUR or tour operator. YEPEE TOUR or tour operator denies all liability for any injury occurring to passengers who do not comply with this requirement either on board or during boarding or disembarking.
The same applies to all damages of any kind caused to people or property that is under the passenger’s care.
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator allows swimming during excursions when “swimming breaks.”
This activity is unmonitored, and passengers are responsible for themselves.
In such cases, minors will remain the responsibility of the adult in charge traveling with them.
People who cannot swim or swim poorly must notify the cabin crew.
YEPEE TOUR or tour provides passengers with life jackets.
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator declines any responsibility in case of incidents or injuries occurring during swimming.
INJURY
Passengers must report any damage from excursions or water activities to YEPEE TOUR or tour operator before leaving the ship. If they or their property are damaged, passengers must notify the ship’s personnel.
EPEE TOUR or tour operator will establish, in the presence of the passenger(s) concerned, a contradictory report before leaving the ship.
If you do not comply, you will be assumed to have landed safely with your property intact.
EPEE TOUR or tour operator claims any responsibility, except as provided by L5421-2 and following the Code of transport, for personal accidents during navigation, during excursions or water-related activities, or during embarkation or landing, or at departure or destination ports or call ports, whether at sea during the swim. Thai law applies in case of dispute.
PERSONAL ITEMS OR MATERIALS
Passengers can board their personal materials (camera, mask, snorkel, fins) on their own responsibility. YEPEE TOUR or tour operator is not responsible for the luggage, objects, or personal materials brought on board by the passengers, as well as money, jewelry, or other valuables that remain during the excursions and other activities proposed by YEPEE TOUR or tour operator, under the exclusive responsibility of their owners.
READY EQUIPMENT FREE OF CHARGE
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator offers passengers, free of charge, equipment for water and aquatic activities it offers (towel, floating vest, etc.).
If necessary, equipment failure does not entitle the passenger to a refund or any reduction. YEPEE TOUR or tour operator reserves the right to take legal action against passengers who have voluntarily damaged or degraded materials kindly loaned.
ORGANIZATION OF FESTIVE EVENING AND TRIP
As part of the festive evenings and trips organized by YEPEE TOUR or tour operator (cocktails, dances, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.), moderate alcohol consumption and smoking tobacco is allowed.
For reasons of safety and passenger comfort, the YEPEE TOUR or tour operator staff may need to limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol or tobacco.
Drugs are not allowed on YEPEE TOUR.
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator will take all necessary steps or constraints required in respect of passengers because of their behavior:
endangering a person or staff member, degrading or deteriorating property owned by YEPEE TOUR or tour operator, preventing staff from performing their duties, not following the guidelines and instructions of the staff or the captain.
YEPEE TOUR or tour operator reserves the right to disembark passengers whose behavior breaches security, tranquility, or the comfort of other passengers or staff.
PRIVACY
According to Article 32 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, YEPEE TOUR states that the provided data is held by YEPEE TOUR and is not shared with third parties.
The law governing these General Conditions and more generally your agreement with YEPEE TOUR is subject to Thai Law. All disputes about interpretation or trip statements will be settled by Thai courts.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALE RESTRICTIONS
Thai law controls alcohol sales on board.
It is forbidden by Thai Law.
